We understand you may have questions about your spa experience. We encourage you to call with any questions or concerns. We're always happy to
assist you in any way possible.

Do I need an appointment?

We are currently by appointment only. When the pandemic passes (determined when the national heath emergency expires) we will take walk-ins if we can accommodate them, but we book up quickly, so it's always best to have an appointment.

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand emergencies happen. We appreciate at least a 24 hour cancelation notice. After two no-shows we may ask for you to pre-pay for your appointment.

Do I need to make a deposit?

If you do not have a gift certificate, non-refundable deposits of 10% are required to book spa packages of 3 hours or longer.

What about gratuities?

Gratuities/tips are left to your discretion. They are never expected, but are accepted. 15%-20% is what clients tip, on average.
What if I am running late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may have to reschedule you out of respect for other clients who are booked after you.

What Should I Wear?

We offer a relaxed enviornment and encourage you to dress to your comfort.
When having a pedicure it's best to wear capris or other shorts, and open toe shoes.
